Le Chef, MELIN Christophe
I was born in Villiers-Semeuse (Ardennes). My parents are Régine and Francis and I’ve got an elder sister, Caroline. I am married with Geraldine and we have three kids: Victor, Eliott and Néo. I started to study in a hotel school in 1987, when I was sixteen, and I graduate in 1989 (BEP cook).
